Salvage sale of a consignment of coffee beans, offers to be sent before 10.02.2012 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 10.02.2012 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

187 bags of Peru Hard Bean Coffee MCM Crop 2011/2012

Weight per bag: 69 kg

Total: 12903 kg

The bags have suffered wet damage by fresh water, mould formation has been found.

Goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at UNICONTROL COMMODITY BV, Luithagen 11, 2030 Antwerp.
