This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for a consignment of steel tubes with the following specifications:

The tubes are wet inside, rust stained outside and inside, tubes are painted, inside the tubes loose chemical powder, rust traces are found on the outside and inside.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The quantities and weights as stated above are estimated and are fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at SEFAKO, Przemysłowa 9 Str. in Sędziszów, Poland

Sighting of the goods is not possible, but some samples are available at our office (soon).

The goods are partly rusty to very rusty, damage caused by salt water.

The goods are no longer fit to be used in cattle feed. A possible destination might be to use it in soil improvers.
