shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may
concern in our office on:

This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
90 bags of Sulphur, 1.2 mT per bag - in total 108 mT

The bottom of the bags is slightly affected by rain water.
Goods are
in transit.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated
one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo is stored in bonded warehouse of
Zhanjiang port, 1 Youi Road, Xiashan, Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, China.
