This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
20 bags of 800 kg sesame seeds, origin India (auto dried mechanically color sortex premium quality hulled sesame seeds).
Production date: September 2010
Best before date: September 2011
Damage:
The bags are standing on wooden pallets which are mouldy and humid. The bags themselves are showing stains and the sesame seeds have a musty smell.
Goods are customs’ cleared.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR per mT for the full consignment.
