Salvage sale of Canadian NON GMO soybeans, offers to be sent before 26/10/2012 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 26/10/2012 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

20250 kg of soybeans 2012 Crop Non Gmo Canada

Due to a hole in the container, part of the cargo has become wet and is swollen. It is not allowed to use the goods for human consumption anymore.

Goods are customs cleared.

Documents available (will be released after the sale):

- Certificate of Origin
- GMO results
- Canadian Grain Commission report

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at Wevelgem, Belgium (Vlamingstraat 28).

Charges for storage of the goods and others are for account of the buyer as from closure of the sale. Salvage sale of 32 galvanized steel coils, offers to be sent before 06.11.2012 at 10.00 HRS LT



In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 06.11.2012 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

32 galvanized steel coils, in total 374.480 mT, origin Belgium, according to details hereunder:

Bobines sinistrées SAMARKAND 2012 10 11

Four of the coils have been opened for inspection and have been repacked, as you can see on the Excel-sheet.

The goods have been standing in fresh water during the voyage from Monsin to Antwerp. Result: most of the coils have their packaging damaged and the first one or two windings are showing white rust and remnants of their paper packing (these are the surveyor's findings shortly after the incident, which happened on 30.11.2011).

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at CEPI, Quai du Halage 10 at 4400 Flémalle.

Goods are in transit.

Import duties to be paid are:
0.20 EUR/mt (Expenses for the customs Agent dispatcher)
419 EUR/mt (Customs Tariff)
