Salvage sale of a consignment of toys, offers to be sent before 02.02.2012 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale’s conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

A lot of toys (summer season) as per packing list hereunder:

The display cartons were damaged by water leaking through the roof. It is quite unlikely that any of the contents of the cartons are damaged.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The cargo is stored at FUN BELGIUM, Gouden Kruispunt 98, Sint-Joris-Winge, Belgium.
