About 951 MT of UK milling wheat presently stored at the warehouse Raos at Santander, Spain,
Of which about 650 to 700 MT seems to be still in a rather good condition (LOT 1), and
Of which about 250 to 300 MT is showing increased temperature, mould formation, etc. (LOT 2)
Both categories of goods are separately stored in the warehouse as the warehouse keeper did a recent segregation of these goods.

The cargo is sold – as is where is – full condition known and accepted by the buyer, who takes also all risks, etc.
Buyers have to provide us their best offer in EUR per MT for each lot i.e. LOT 1 & 2, separately.
Both lots will be sold to buyer who gives best combined offer.
Above stated weight of lot 1 & 2 together i.e. about 951 MT in total – fully accepted by the buyer.
Weight cannot be subject of any discussion between seller and buyer.
The agreed weight is 951 MT.

Cash payment required for weight of 951 MT.
All costs for storage for buyers account as from 25/05/2009.
