In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

18.6 mT of Arabica beans, origin Colombia, contaminated with Robusta beans. Packed in big bags.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at Molenbergnatie NV, Haven 200, Nieuwelandenweg 32, 2030 Antwerp.

Salvage sale of a consignment of soy beans, offers to be sent before Friday 28/10/2011 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 28/10/2011 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

20680 kg of Canadian #2 Non GMO soy beans, 2010 crop, in bulk, in container HLXU 345648-6

These goods were found to have an off spec smell. Laboratory analyses have been done to identify what is the cause of this smell (see attached)cor.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at Vlamingstraat 28 in 8560 Wevelgem, Belgium.

Special remarks:

1. Our surveyor has to be informed where the goods will be unloaded from the container, since our investigation towards the cause of the damage is depending on an examination of the container immediately after its emptying.

2. Regarding pickup of the container: should you decide to pick up the container, please be informed that only on Wednesdays there is personnel and a straddle carrier available to do this for free. In case you want to pick up the container on another day, you will be faced with extra costs for providing personnel and a straddle carrier. Arrangements for rent of the container as from the moment of pickup are to be made with HAPAG LLOYD.

3. Upon assigning of the goods, the buyer will be asked to sign a declaration as follows:
“These goods specified above have been inspected by your company and you confirm that you are fully aware of their condition and received all information necessary to buy these goods. Moreover these goods are sold by Alpro to your company in the status as they are on the moment of delivery and without Alpro incurring any liability in relation to the quality of the goods, purpose, usage, storage, handling, treatment, sale, consumption thereof etc. Your company guarantees that these goods will only be used in compliance with applicable laws and for purposes legally authorized. Your company guarantees not to disclose any link with Alpro in relation to the purchase and further use by your company of these goods unless you would be obliged to do so by food authorities or court order.”

Mechanical damage to the cardboard octabins with possible risk of contamination of the HDPE resin.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
