In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Thursday 19/01/2012 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

888.50 mT barley as per reg 834.07 889/08 NOP/USDA in Bulk
Origin: Rep Moldava

Damage:

-       Sprouting
-       Live bugs
-       Rat infestation

Goods are not customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at in barge ANR476 and vessel MS SPEEDO, at the premises of:
