Salvage sale of Basmati rice, offers to be sent before Friday 27.05.2011 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 27.05.2011 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Basmati rice, origin Pakistan, as follows:

Rice with wet damage:
- Lot GF2504: 4944 kg
- Lot GF2505: 6500 kg
o Total wet damaged cargo: 11444 kg
Rice contaminated with silica gel (approximately 0.01 %):
- Lot GF2453: 74937 kg
- Lot GF2484: 4300 kg
- Lot GF2485: 959 kg
- Lot GF2496: 8138 kg
- Lot GF2497: 4780 kg
- Lot GF2504: 21535 kg
- Lot GF2505: 10613 kg
- Lot GF2602: 27936 kg
o Total cargo contaminated with silica gel: 153198 kg

Goods are customs’ cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR per mT, one price for the full consignment of wet damaged cargo, one price for the full consignment of silica contaminated cargo.
