This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

9 bigbags of approx. 250 kg each, for in total 2211 kg gross, 2184 kg net Fairtrade Organic Decaffeinated Coffee

Slightly contaminated with green coffee beans, whereby the consignment can no longer be considered to be Decaffeinated Coffee.

Goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The goods are stored at warehouse Molenbergnatie MARNIX (SILO) – CEEL 366719, Malagastraat, at the port of Antwerp, Belgium.

The lubricant is contaminated by fresh water and possibly some other contaminants.

Goods are free EU-goods.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

Salvage sale of two cars, offers to be sent before 19/02/2013 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Vehicle 1:
JEEP WRANGLER UNLTD SAHARA 2.8 CRD ATX
MVS/ 660 M11 5 EXT-INT/ PW7-1A7
First registration: 09/05/2011 – km: 14713
Options: AAJ-AEM-AJP-A1J-HAB-MX1-6E5-69A

Heavily damaged:
The front windscreen was broken.
Front left headlight was broken.
Bodywork damages noted left and right wheel casing damaged.
The front bumper was dented and damaged.
The front left wheel was damaged and the tyre was flat.
The sump guard was found to be broken off and additional damages to the right front support arm and suspension were noted.
It was also to be feared that the differentials of the 4 x 4 had been damaged.
The right tail light was damaged and the rear fog light was broken. There was a big dent noted at the rear end.
The left rear view mirror was torn off and numerous scratches were to be noted.

Vehicle 2:
FIAT SCUDO, 2.0 diesel, 88 kW, colour white, date of conformity certificate: 19/10/2011
3 seats, two front doors, two sliding side doors, two aft doors

Slightly damaged: vehicle was stolen and later on retrieved
The mileage noted was 19.8km, which indicated that the FIAT SCUDO had practically not been used.
The state of the tires and the carpets and seats inside indicated that the vehicle was still in mint condition.
No dents were noted. The doors and roof were free of any damage and the underside of the car showed no traces of damage.
The only damage noted was the front bumper which was partly detached on the left and right side.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR, per vehicle.

The vehicles are stored at the car park of GEFCO, rue du Parc Industriel 27, 7822 Ath-Ghislenghien, Belgium.
