We have been appointed by the Court Bailiffs MODERO to organize a salvage sale of the following goods:
A consignment of polyethylene bags in three 20’ containers, standing in Antwerp (Belgium), as follows:
Pictures of the bags can be received upon request.
The goods are undamaged and packed in their original packing.
The goods are in transit. The buyer can choose whether he would like to buy the goods being in transit or customs cleared. This should be clearly mentioned when sending in your bid.
Please be informed that for bags of 200 micron or more, an environmental tax of 3 EUR/kg is applicable in Belgium.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The goods are presently stored in transit and sealed by customs, so no sighting is possible.
