Salvage sale of a consignment of steel coils, offers to be sent before 11.04.2012 at 14.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Wednesday 11.04.2012 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

-       53 Steel coils, quality S235JR+AR & S355MC, origin India, for a total weight of 1437.77 mT (detailed list below)

The goods are partly rusty to very rusty, damage caused by salt water.

Goods are in custom cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer. A correction can be made after weighing at the moment of collection of the goods.

The cargo is stored at Dépot Arcelormittal, Av. De Chatonay, Saint-Nazaire, France.
