Salvage sale of a consignment of steel tubes, offers to be sent before 11.05.2012 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sales conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 11.05.2012 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for a consignment of steel tubes with the following specifications:

The tubes are wet inside, rust stained outside and inside, tubes are painted, inside the tubes loose chemical powder, rust traces are found on the outside and inside.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The quantities and weights as stated above are estimated and are fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at SEFAKO, Przemysłowa 9 Str. in Sędziszów, Poland

Sighting of the goods is not possible, but some samples are available at our office (soon).

Offers should be sent to us by fax – fax No. +32 3 295 10 69 - or letter / closed tender, before 11.05.2012 at 10.00 hours LT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The acceptance of the bids and finally the assignment of the goods is subject to agreement of the owners of the goods and/or their underwriters.

The sale is subject to our standard sale’s conditions, of which a copy can be obtained upon your simple request.
