In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
33 mT Indian
solvent extracted toasted yellow soyabeanmeal (none GMO)
30 of the 33 mT has suffered wet damage by fresh
water: - 30 mT with a moisture percentage of 58,1 %
- 3 ton with a moisture percentage of 12,1 %
Analyses
reports can be obtained upon request.
The goods
are no longer fit to be used in cattle feed. A possible destination might be to
use it in soil improvers.
Goods are
in transit.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The
weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
A correction can be made after weighing at the moment of collection of the
goods.
The cargo
is stored at Magazijn ELS II, Kaai 218, Antwerp.

The goods
are to be removed as soon as possible after closure of the sale. Storage and
