In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Container MSCU 187119-0: approximately 12,680 kg
Container TGHU 180803-2: approximately 12,780 kg
Wet damage with unsavoury smell.

2 containers with traditional Basmati brown rice – crop 2010 – origin India
Container TGHU 253770-0: approximately 20,000 kg
Container MSKU 313767-2: approximately 25,000 kg
Mouldy, wet damage, bad smell.

Lot 3 – o/ref BEL/191711
1 container with brown parboiled rice, long grain – crop 2011 – origin Uruguay
Container CMAU 020841-1: approximately 22,000 kg
Mouldy, wet damage, bad smell.

Lot 4 – o/ref BEL/52511
1 container with super Basmati brown rice – crop 2010/2011 – origin Pakistan
Container TGHU 374240-1: approximately 5,000 kg
Wet damage.

Lot 5 – o/ref: BEL/44511
1 container with super Basmati brown rice – crop 2010/2011 – origin Pakistan
Container MSCU 678122-6: approximately 6,500 kg
Wet damage.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR separately per lot.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer. Corrections can be made afterwards upon presentation of the weighing tickets.
