salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:

of IQF whole strawberries
Packed in
2400 x 10 kg cartons
Origin:
China
Problem:
block frozen.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
are customs cleared.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The
weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo
is stored at the premises of Messrs. DEPONDT BVBA, Gotevlietstraat 21, 8000
Brugge.
