In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
52 packages damaged containing 2 x 6 pieces of parquet ‘strand woven carbonized bamboo’ (dimensions: 915 x 120 mm, or 1.318 m²) and refused for a total of 68.536 m².
Mechanical damage due to road accident.
Goods are customs cleared.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo is stored at CONDI SERVICES LBIRECOURT 1, ZI des Portes du Nord, 62820 Librecourt, France.
