Salvage sale of wooden sheets (oak), offers to be sent before 09/08/2011 at 14.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 09/08/2011 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

11 pieces of sheets in oak, tailormade,
with following dimensions: 4.200 mm x 1.200 mm x 38 mm
total weight: 1.579,87kg

The goods were damaged while being discharged, corner damage, wet damage to upper sheet.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at BOUTTENS NV, Noordlaan 4, 8520 Kuurne, Belgium.
