This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
21,000 tons of IQF whole raspberries
Heritage Variety A Grade 2011
Packed in 4 x 2.5 kg cartons
Product of Chile
Problem: block frozen due to a raise in temperature during the voyage (maximum up to -10°C)
- 17 % solid block frozen
- 28 % slightly block frozen
- 55 % sound
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods are customs cleared.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo is stored at the premises of Messrs. OLANO, Zone Industrielle de Jalday – rue de l’Industrie, 64500 Saint-Jean-de-Luz, France.
