Salvage sale of parboiled brown rice in bulk, offers to be send before Thursday 11/08/2011 at 14.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Thursday 11/08/2011 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

approximately 60 TON long grain parboiled Brown rice in bulk with wet damages (saline contamination), report of laboratory Aver available
Approximately 3 TON long grain parboiled brown rice in bulk with caking and heating damages

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods are customs cleared.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at quay 322 / ABT terminal Antwerp, Belgium.
