According to the Flemish Environment, Nature and Energy Department, there are two options for this cargo:
- recycling of the waste in Belgium (destination of the goods to be communicated to the Flemish Environment, Nature and Energy Department)
- recycling in another country, but only after receiving a notification from OVAM (Belgian authority for waste shipment)

The buyer can choose whether he would like to buy the goods being in transit or customs cleared. This should be clearly mentioned when sending in your bid.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The price is to be given in EUR per lot – please clearly indicate the lot numbers you are bidding on.
