Salvage sale of a consignment of rice in 2 containers, lying in the port of Antwerp, offers to be sent before 24/09/2013 at 14.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 24/09/2013 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Approximately 32 mT of Indian Basmati Brown Rice in two containers (each containing approximately 16 mT).

The goods are damaged by condensation water.

Goods have been custom cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the whole lot.

The containers are standing at the premises of Messrs. SAMGA, Boerinnestraat 22 in Antwerp, Belgium.
