We have been appointed by the Court Bailiffs MODERO to organize a salvage sale of the following goods:
Lot 35103 – 18 packages (37 bags) tin scrap
Tin ores and concentrates

Goods are in temporary storage under document IM7, valid until 13.04.2013
According to the Flemish Environment, Nature and Energy Department, there are two options for this cargo:
- recycling of the waste in Belgium (destination of the goods to be communicated to the Flemish Environment, Nature and Energy Department)
- recycling in another country, but only after receiving a notification from OVAM (Belgian authority for waste shipment)
Lot 36377 – 1 box steel scrap and tools
Origin: Germany
Iron box with dimensions: 1.10 m x 1.0 m, net weight 1518 kg
Containing:
1503 kg CrNi scrap
15 kg alloy material for HSS (Mo: 0.57 %, w: 4.19 %, Co: 4.14 %, Cr: 4.31 %, V : 2.08 %)
Lot 36126 – 12 bigbags with tin scrap
Gross weight: 19260 kg
Origin: Belgium

The buyer can choose whether he would like to buy the goods being in transit or customs cleared. This should be clearly mentioned when sending in your bid.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The price is to be given in EUR per lot – please clearly indicate the lot numbers you are bidding on.
