In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the
collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our
office on:

This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
5 to 7 mT Brazilian not roasted, not decaffeinated green coffee, certified UTZ
5 to 7 mT Brazilian not roasted, not decaffeinated green coffee, certified UTZ
The goods
have suffered wet damage due to a hole in the container.
Goods are
in transit.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR/mT for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated
one and is fully accepted by the buyer. A correction can be made after weighing
at the moment of collection of the goods.
The container is standing at BOREALIS, Quay
730 at the port of Antwerp, Belgium.
IMPORTANT: the
container will be available for sighting only on Monday 9 September 2013
between 09.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs!!! Visits at other times and dates are not
allowed!
