In conformity with our general sale conditions, we
shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may
concern in our office on:

This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
40 pallets with 1600 plastic bags of 15 kg each or into total 24000 kg of frozen spiced turkey thigh meat boneless skin from female birds.

Upon arrival at the port of Antwerp, the
goods showed a temperature of – 5°C. The
goods have been deep frozen again.
Goods have been rejected for importation into
the EU by the Belgian Food Authorities (FAVV).
However, the anlaysis report drawn up by
laboratory AVER concludes the meat is fit for human consumption.
Goods are
in transit.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The goods are stored at Messrs. NORBERT
DENTRESSANGLE, St. Antoniusweg, Haven no. 1795, Kallo, Belgium.
