In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:
Tuesday 20/04/2010 at 10.00 hours LT
This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
Super Basmati brown rice, details as follows:
- lot 1: 8627 kg damaged rice, separately stored (wet damage)
- lot 2: 16373 kg rice, stored in silo (wet damage to a lesser extent)
Goods are customs’ cleared.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
Analyses results can be found hereunder.
The cargo is stored at the premises of Messrs. SAMGA, Boerinnestraat 2, 2030 Antwerpen – person in charge for visit / inspection of cargo by potential buyers: Mr. S. Serruys – tel. +32/3/202.37.11.
Offers should be sent to us by fax – fax No. +32 3 295 10 69 - or letter / closed tender, before 20/04/2010 at 10.00 hours LT.
The sale is subject to our standard sale’s conditions, of which a copy can be obtained upon your simple request.
