In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:
Monday 26/04/2010 at 12.00 hours LT
This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
Styrene Monomer, 565 mT, presently stored in landtank.
The consignment was found with a contamination of Benzene, 9ppm analyzed from shore tank.
The goods are customs’ cleared.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The quantity as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
Analyses results can be found hereunder.
The cargo is stored at the premises of Messrs. OILTANKING STOLTHAVEN, Haven 623, Scheldelaan 450, 2040 Antwerp – person in charge: Mrs. Katia Claeys – tel. +32/3/561.15.80.
