Salvage sale of a consignment of ‘fer blanc’ - Offers to be sent before 30.03.2010 at 10.00 hours LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 30.03.2010 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

1 package ‘fer blanc’ (steel plates for the manufacturing of cans)
• 1796 pieces/plates
• Dimensions: 0.16 x 779 x 924 mm
• Gross weight: 1657 kg, net weight: 1599 kg
• Origin: France, ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe S.A., Florange
• Goods were destined for Tunisia
• Value according to pro-forma invoice: 841 EUR/ton CFR Tunis or for this package: 1344.76 EUR
• Small mechanical damages noted

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer, lying at Bettembourg, Luxemburg.

The price is to be given in EUR per mT.

The weight applicable on the sale is the weight as stated above, as per documents in our possession. This weight is fully accepted by the buyer and not subject to any discussion later on.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
