Salvage sale of 1 HR Steel Coil, lying in Romania, offers to be sent before Friday 12.03.2010 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 12.03.2010 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

1 HR Steel Coil, quality HE450M:
• Weight: 21.750 mT net
• Damaged during transport
• Goods in transit
• The coil is slightly deformed and telescopic

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer, lying at the premises of the company LUAR in Arad, Romania.

The price is to be given in EUR per mT.

The weight applicable on the sale is the weight as stated above, as per documents in our possession. This weight is fully accepted by the buyer and not subject to any discussion later on.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
