In conformity with our general sales conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 30/06/2009 at 14.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

20,150 kg Canadian Brown Mustard seed (not genetically manipulated)
Original grade: Mustard seed, No. 1, Canada Brown.

Damage

 Very slightly contaminated with gluten

Position.

 In silo of Messrs. EURO-SILO N.V., Sifferdok, at Ghent.
 Inspection : After contacting / scheduling an appointment via Mr. Marc SEYNAEVE, tel.: 0032.9.251.21.41.

Custom clearance:

 Goods are cleared through Customs, in free transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

Offers should be sent to us by fax – fax No. +32 3 295 10 69 - or letter / closed tender, before 30/06/2009 at 14.00 hours LT.

Offers by e-mail cannot be accepted.

All costs for storage, etc., will be on account of the buyer starting from 07/07/2009.

Loading and weighing expenses are for account of the buyers.
