shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may

This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
126 bags of Ecuadorian cocoa beans of type A.S.S. (lot no. 51046) – 8741.00 kg
126 bags of Ecuadorian cocoa beans of type A.S.S. (lot no. 51046) – 8741.00 kg
3 bags of
skimmings – total 212 kg
The beans are affected by moisture (fresh
water) caused by condensation.
Goods are
in transit.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price
is to be given in EUR for the full consignment (8741 kg + 212 kg = 8953 kg).
The goods are stored at H.D. COTTERELL GMBH
& Co. KG, Ellerholzdamm 38, 20457 Hamburg.
