In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:
Friday 24/05/2013 at 10.00 hours LT
This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
1176 pallets x 825 kg or 970.200 kg of cacao butter
These products are contaminated with a non food grade oil and are no longer suited for human or animal consumption.
The goods can only be offered for salvage sale if these are used in non food related industries such as biomass.
A statement will have to be made by the buyer that these goods will not enter the food chain.
The goods are custom cleared.
The goods are offered on the basis “ as is where is”, condition, quality, etc, fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR/mT for the full consignment.
All costs relating to loading of the trucks and transport are for account of the buyer.
The goods are currently stored in a warehouse in the area of Rouen, France, premises of Messrs. ATL, Route de Poses, 27100 Tournedos sur Seine.
