This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
approximately 4140 l of lubricant TITAN EG 52512 (mineral oil, non-hazardous), divided over 5 IBC-containers as follows:
1 x 960 l
1 x 1000 l
1 x 980 l
1 x 950 l
1 x 250 l
Safety Data Sheet available upon request.
The lubricant is contaminated by fresh water and possibly some other contaminants.
Goods are free EU-goods.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo is stored in at the premises of Messrs. WILCHEM BV, Burgemeester Keijzerweg 12, 3352 AR Papendrecht, The Netherlands.
