Salvage sale of PNG cocoa beans, offers to be sent before 17/01/2013 at 10.00 HRS LT

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Thursday 17/01/2013 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Warrant / 103037 / 32 bags, 2.004 mt net / Papua New Guinea good fermented cocoa beans

Warrant / 103039 / 8 bags, 0.502 mt net / Papua New Guinea good fermented cocoa beans

Wet damaged due to condensation in the container.

The goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at the premises of Messrs. VOLLERS BELGIUM NV, Warehouse Christa Unit 1, 2030 Antwerp.
