In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

70 940.00 kg EC Fertiliser NPK 13.08.24S in bulk, origin: The Netherlands

The goods are contaminated with gravel and dirt.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at ROSIER NEDERLAND BV, Westkade 38a, 4551 BV Sas Van Gent, The Netherlands.
