In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 14/10/2011 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

3 cardboard octabins with Marlex 9006 HDPE resin, total net weight 2,041.20 kg

Mechanical damage to the cardboard octabins with possible risk of contamination of the HDPE resin.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at CELLON SA AZE, Robert Steichen, rue Heierchen, 4940 Bascharage, Luxemburg.
