Salvage sale of tomatoes crushed in juice, offers to be sent before 05.11.2010

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Total weight: 30 big bags x 850 kg net / big bag = 25.500 kg net / 27.300 kg gross

Offers to be given in EUR — lumpsum per lot.


The price should be quoted as requested and the sale will be concluded according to our conditions of sale, well known to the possible buyer, i.e. goods sold ‘as is, where is”, and not as per description or sample. 30 chassis to be returned either to EFT Rumbeke or Charlier-Brabo, Boomsesteenweg 28, 2630 Aartselaar.

No complaint can be accepted after the sale, in view of the fact that prior to sale the goods may be sighted.

All indications are given without any prejudice.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

Goods to be collected at the latest on 12th November 2010 at 16:00 hours. In case an import license should be required, all steps for that purpose should be undertaken by the buyer. Buyer is also obliged to pay all rights, taxes, duties of whichever nature. As from the allotting, the goods will remain at the indicated storage area, for account and risk / peril of buyer.

Sellers reserve themselves the right to allot the goods, entirely or partially, to the highest bidder or even withdraw the goods from the sale, without any need for justification. Sellers do not accept any liability with regard to human or animal health or whatever possible risk may be. In addition, even in case the authorities would demand destruction, the proceeds of sale will remain with sellers.

Salvage sale of shrink wrap foil, offers to be sent before 09.11.2010

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 09/11/2010 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

A total of 20 297 kg foil, as follows:
- 20CX501 – 9 001 kg
- 30BH501 – 9 022 kg
- WHT08C431/0600 – 2 274 kg

Remark: lot 20CX501 comprises 3 pallets of better quality. There are 26 rolls per pallet of about 19.34 kg/roll. The price of these three pallets is approximately 1647 EUR/T.

Goods have been damaged during a road accident and part of the rolls are deformed and can no longer be used on wrapping machines. Part of the cargo is now stored in wooden crates. When collecting the goods, the buyer should either provide exchange crates and pallets or discharge the goods from the crates and pallets.

The goods are actually stored at the premises of Messrs. RAVAGO PLASTICS, Zone Industriel de Latour, 6760 Virton (Belgium).

Salvage sale of frozen cooked beef tongues, offers to be sent before 26.10.2010

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 26.10.2010 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

10 T cooked frozen offals tongues 4P – 400/600 g
10 T cooked frozen beef tongues 4L - +600 g
4 T cooked frozen beef tongues B-grade

The goods are stored in container CRLU 181209-9 and are loaded in breakbulk (1290 cardboard boxes).

Goods are in transit.

Problem:
The cargo has been transferred into another container in the port of Tanger, without notifying the local food authorities and without their attendance during the operations. FAVV Antwerp (Belgian food authorities) have refused the complete consignment because container number and seal number were not in accordance with the numbers mentioned on the transport documents. Microbiological analysis carried out by SGS revealed no particular problems (see further: analysis report).

VERY IMPORTANT: Condition for sale:
FAVV clearly stipulates that the cargo cannot be sold within the EU, which implicates that the possible buyer will have to prove to us and to FAVV that the goods will leave the EU again. Goods can only be shipped out of the EU, road transport through EU is not allowed.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
