DP SURVEY GROUP NV: Salvage sale of 39 coils cold rolled steel, offers to be send before 24.03.2009

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Tuesday 24/03/2009 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

39 coils cold rolled steel, details see attached document ‘Specificatia Dimensionala’

- Customs cleared
- Wet damage by salt water
- Total net weight: 492.570 mT

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

Offers by e-mail cannot be accepted.

All costs for storage, etc., will be on account of the buyer starting from 01/04/2009.
