The merchandise in question consists of the following:
• 874 cartons containing 4 x 2.5 kg deep frozen coated strawberry halves 24 – 28 mm
Or a total of 8,740 kg
This cargo had been exposed for some period of time to an inadequate cooling inside a reefer container so that part of the contents (outsides of stow) was affected and is no longer suitable for their intended purpose, namely the pastry industry. However the cartons situated in the centre of stow appear to have not suffered from a temperature fluctuation and appear still to be IQF.
Condition of this cargo can be inspected at the premises of Messrs. CROPS, Oostrozebeeksestraat 148 at 8710 Ooigem. Contact at forehand is advisable, Mrs. Carine DECABOOTER, tel: 056 / 67 63 68.
