This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

126 bags of Ecuadorian cocoa beans of type A.S.S. (lot no. 51046) – 8741.00 kg

3 bags of skimmings – total 212 kg

The beans are affected by moisture (fresh water) caused by condensation.

Goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment (8741 kg + 212 kg = 8953 kg).

The goods are stored at H.D. COTTERELL GMBH & Co. KG, Ellerholzdamm 38, 20457 Hamburg.

The cargo is damaged by water, going from a little mould formation to severe mould. The cargo is part of a consignment that was discharged from a vessel that caught fire on 14.07.2012.

Goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.  Goods that are considered total loss are to be taken away by the buyer as well.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in USD for the full consignment.

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

1 container with Guyana Extra Long Grain Cargo Rice, in bulk, approximately 12 mT.

The goods have been damaged due to water coming through holes in the roof of the container.  Caked rice and mould formation has been noticed.

Goods have been custom cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The price is to be given in EUR/T.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer. Corrections can be made afterwards upon presentation of the weighing tickets.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received. Upon receipt of the weighing ticket, a correction to the price can be made.
