Honduras washed Arabica High Grown European preparation in bulk, weighing 21,045 kg in total.

Wet damaged, but goods are in good condition, upon arrival approximately 5 % was found to be affected. Cargo has not been filtered, possible traces of mould, however not found during our survey.

Goods have been rejected in July 2010 upon arrival in The Netherlands.

Goods are customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The original salvage sale was closed this morning at 10.00 HRS LT, but the bids received were not high enough.

Therefore, a second round is organised, and your bids can be sent in until Wednesday 15 June at 10.00 HRS LT.

We have been appointed by the Court Bailiffs MODERO to organize a salvage sale of the following goods:

A consignment of ‘Back-to-School’-articles, containing all kinds of backpacks, bags and cases. The goods are undamaged and packed in their original packing. A full stocklist can be found further below, as well as pictures of each item with their article number clearly mentioned.

These goods are sold customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer. Attached is an Excel-list mentioning article numbers and quantities. According to a technical report the refrigerated trailer had a cooling problem and temperatures from +10 to +14°C were found upon arrival of the goods. However, during the survey no visual damage has been ascertained (no visual fermentation, no expansion of the cheese no signs of decomposition) and temperatures were normal: +2.7 to + 3.9°C.
