We have been appointed by the Court Bailiffs MODERO to organize a salvage sale of the following goods:

A consignment of ‘Back-to-School’-articles, containing all kinds of backpacks, bags and cases. The goods are undamaged and packed in their original packing. A full stocklist can be found further below, as well as pictures of each item with their article number clearly mentioned.

These goods are sold customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer. Attached is an Excel-list mentioning article numbers and quantities. The quantities mentioned on the list may be a little different from the actual number of articles, but these differences will be minimal. Anyway, differences in quantities cannot be discussed afterwards.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The goods are sold ‘ex-warehouse’.

According to a technical report the refrigerated trailer had a cooling problem and temperatures from +10 to +14°C were found upon arrival of the goods. However, during the survey no visual damage has been ascertained (no visual fermentation, no expansion of the cheese no signs of decomposition) and temperatures were normal: +2.7 to + 3.9°C.
