In conformity with our general sale conditions, we
shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may
concern in our office on:
Friday 21/06/2013 at 10.00 hours LT
This
salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following
goods:
1 container with Guyana Extra Long Grain Cargo Rice,
in bulk, approximately 12 mT.
The goods have been damaged due to water
coming through holes in the roof of the container. Caked rice and mould formation has been
noticed.
Goods have been custom cleared.
The goods
are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted
by the buyer.
The price
is to be given in EUR/T.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer. Corrections can be made afterwards upon presentation of the weighing tickets.

The goods
will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received. Upon receipt of the weighing ticket, a correction to the price can be made.
