This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

64 bags of skimmings or 4.186 kg net weight Cocoa beans of type A.S.S. ex Ecuador (lot number 50151 (S))

The beans are affected by wetting and mould.

Goods are in transit.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The goods are stored at H.D. COTTERELL GMBH & Co. KG, Ellerholzdamm 38, 20457 Hamburg.
