37 drums, each containing 200 kg of 2-Hydroxy Ethyl Methacrylate

The goods have an off spec colour, they are showing a raise on the IBC colour score with a score of 16-73 on the Platina-Cobalt scale.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer. Nevertheless, upon collection of the goods, they will be weighed and a correction can be made.

Salvage sale of a consignment of Brazilian raw cotton, lying in Shandong, Qingdao, China, offers to be sent before 31/08/2012 at 10.00 HRS LT (UTC+01:00)

In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

Friday 31/08/2012 at 10.00 hours LT

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

109 bales of Brazilian raw cotton, staple 1-5/32”, micronaire 3.5-4.9 NCL strict low middling.

Approximate total weight: 24868 kg

Upon arrival of the container in China, the container doors were opened and a fire had occurred. From the in total 110 bales inside the container, one bale was completely burnt (this bale was already dumped), 9 others suffered fire damage, as follows:

- 3 bales with 5 % loss

- 4 bales with 10 % loss

- 2 bales with 20 % loss

- 1 bales with 60 % loss

The remaining 100 bales, not affected by the fire, are showing smoke spots on the surface and/or discolouration, up to the following extent:

- 16 bales 0.5 % affected

- 41 bales 1 % affected

- 43 bales 2 % affected

There is a possibility that these bales release a smell of burning

.

The remaining 109 bales are stored in inside a container which is stored at a bonded warehouse, hence not customs cleared.

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer. The information concerning the cargo condition is therefore clearly for information only.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in USD for the full consignment. There will be no adjustment of the paid price after the sale in case of difference in weight or quantities.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
