We have been appointed by the Court Bailiffs MODERO to organize a salvage sale of the following goods:
The goods
are in transit.
The buyer can choose whether he would like to
buy the goods being in transit or customs cleared. This should be clearly mentioned when sending in your bid.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’,
condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The price is to be given in EUR for the whole
lot (17439 bottles of 75 cl).
The goods are stored at the premises of
Messrs. FORLOG, Victor Dumonlaan 11, 2830 Willebroek. For sighting of the
