In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern for:

a consignment of 45 steel wire rod coils (manufactured in Spain), details as follows:

The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

All cargo handling and storage is for account of the buyer as from the day the bid is accepted by the owners of the goods and/or their underwriters.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The coils are stored at the premises of Messrs. ICO NV, Kiwiweg 80, 8380 Zeebrugge.

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Dimensions: 0.70 x 1500 mm

Gross weight: 12,370 kg

Origin: China

The coils shows mechanical damage (see photos).

The coils is sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.

The goods are customs cleared.

The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.

The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.

The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.

The cargo is stored at DP WORLD ANTWERP NV, berth no. 478, Antwerp.
