This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:

Damage: windings on spools dented; risk of fractures during use.
Sound value: approximately 20,000.00 USD.
Cargo delivered CIF from U.S. to Moscow, returned to Bekaert Slovakia EXW; currently available in Slovakia free of customs charges.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, Ex Works, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
The cargo is stored at BEKAERT Slovakia, Vel’koul’anska cesta 1332, 925 21 Sladkovicovo, Slovakia.
