This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
a consignment of cheese, origin France, as follows:
2280 trays of Camembert Chêre d’Argent from pasteurized cow milk 45 % fat x 18 pieces (packed in veneer boxes and greased paper) x 250 g, or in total 41,040 boxes for a total weight of 10,260 kg - packing date: 27 February 2011 - best before: 10 April 2011
1092 trays Französcher Weichkäse Linessa 11 % fat (packed in carton boxes and greased paper) x 250, or in total 32,760 boxes for a total weight of 8,190 kg - packing date: 27 February 2011 - best before: 8 April 2011
According to a technical report the refrigerated trailer had a cooling problem and temperatures from +10 to +14°C were found upon arrival of the goods. However, during the survey no visual damage has been ascertained (no visual fermentation, no expansion of the cheese no signs of decomposition) and temperatures were normal: +2.7 to + 3.9°C.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
The price is to be given in EUR per mT for the full consignment.
The weight as stated above is an estimated one and is fully accepted by the buyer.
